Weston Adams Co-Chairs Nelson Mullins’ Energy Group, and also leads the law firm’s Energy and Environmental Team.  He practices energy and environmental law. In his energy practice, Weston focuses on: 1) regulatory and litigation matters, including matters at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and at state utility commissions, and 2) renewable transactions. He serves on the E4 Carolinas’ Board of Directors in Charlotte. He previously served as Board member and then Board Chairman for the South Carolina Conservation Bank Commission, the state agency that provided state funding for the permanent conservation of around 250,000 acres of land in South Carolina during Weston’s 10 year board tenure.
