Emily is the Central Region Director of Development for Triple Oak Power, a U.S. based renewable energy developer, and has developed renewable energy projects, focusing on wind energy, across the country for the past several years, taking projects from greenfield to construction. Prior to project development, Emily worked in the policy space, both as advisor to the Illinois Commerce Commission focused on energy and utility rate cases, and in government affairs in Colorado on both state and federal water-related legislation. Now based in Denver, Colorado, Emily was raised in the southeast and is proud to be focused on renewable energy project development in the region.
