Emily joined the Southeastern Wind Coalition as a Senior Program Associate in November 2023. Before joining SEWC, Emily earned her BA in Political Science from Michigan State University, and most recently worked in the public health sector as a community advocate.

Emily’s work includes research, community outreach, issue education, and relationship building with stakeholders across Louisiana.

In her free time, you can find Emily playing rugby for the Louisiana Lagniappe or volunteering at the local swamp tour, where she teaches visitors about Louisiana’s wetlands.
